-Use it to line and define lips, then fill in with your favourite lip colour.
How to use
-For definition and more colour depth, smooth Quickliner™ For Lips all over your lips before lipstick application. This creates a base of colour for your lipstick.
-Swivel up only 1/8-inch (pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying).
-Follow dot-dot-dash method to ensure ease and accuracy of application: Draw two dots on upper lip's bow, a dash across bottom of lower lip, then connect all three.
-Apply Black Honey Almost Lipstick directly to lips. Swipe on one coat for a sheer tint. Keep building it for more drama.
