3. The Promoter will automatically award qualified Farmers Club members one entry at the time of their transaction. A qualifying purchase must be made in a single transaction, one entry per qualifying transaction. Entries cannot be made after completion of the transaction. Multiple entries allowed.
4. The Promoter will not be liable or responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems.

Prize Draw

13. The prize draw will take place before the 14th of July 2023 at Farmers Support Centre, 21 Laidlaw Way, East Tamaki, Auckland.
14. There will be 5 winners drawn.
15. Prize winners will be notified by phone and / or email within 3 working days of the draw from the details provided from the winners Farmers Club account.
16. If a winner cannot be contacted by the Promoter within 48 hours of the prize draw, the prize will be redrawn at the Promoter's discretion.
17. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner prior to the 18th of July 2023, the winner will forfeit the Prize and the Prize will be awarded to an alternative prize winner. The alternative prize winner will be contacted within 48 hours using the details provided from their Farmers Club account.
18. The 5 Barbie Dreamhouses will be sent directly from Mattel (NZ) Limited. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to giving Farmers permission to pass on any necessary details to Mattel (NZ) Limited for the sole purpose of sending / receiving the Prize.
19. Prize winners should allow 28 days for their prize to be delivered. All prizes will be sent by courier to the winner’s address provided on their Farmers Club account. To be eligible to win, Farmers Club account details must be complete and up to date, including a phone number.
20. PO boxes will not be accepted as a delivery address.
21. The prize winners’ names will be published on the Promoters website farmers.co.nz/competitions after the completion of the draw.
22. The information entrants provide will only be used for the sole purpose of the promotion. All personal information will be collected and stored by Farmers in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. Promoter

1. The Promoter is The Farmers Trading Company Limited (“Farmers”), 21 Laidlaw Way, East Tamaki, Auckland.

Conditions of Entry

2. To qualify for this competition entrants must be following both @FashionatFarmers and @FarmersNZ Instagram accounts before the end of the Promotional Period, like the competition post posted on the @FashionatFarmers Instagram account and tag another account in the comments for one entry. Entry into the competition is automatic upon commenting. One comment that tags another account equals one entry. The entrants can also share the post to their own Instagram story for an additional entry. Multiple entries are allowed.
3. Competition commences at 6:00pm on the 13th April 2023 and ends at 11:59pm on the 27th April 2023 (Promotional Period).
4. Entries received after the end of the Promotional Period will not be entered into the draw.
5. The Promoter will not be liable or responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems.

Prize and Prize Conditions

6. Four winners will be drawn and each winner will receive the following Prize, valued at $950:
1. A fashion styling session at their local Farmers store, utilising the Farmers Autumn/Winter 2023 Fashion range, valued at $320.
2. Farmers' clothing from their local Farmers store, up to the value of $500.
3. A MAC All Bases Covered makeup service at their local Farmers store, valued at $130.
7. Transportation to and from the winner's home to their local Farmers store is at the expense of the winner.
8. The winner must redeem the prize within the month of May 2023.
1. Subject to the following, the prize date cannot be amended once booked. At the discretion of Farmers, Farmers may re-book a winner's date if the winner can no longer attend due to:
   1. unforeseen circumstances resulting from a force majeure event;
   2. family death; or
   3. unforeseen medical condition(s) of the winner, or an immediate family member.
2. Farmers may request evidence of the circumstances giving rise to the need to rebook.
3. If attendance is disrupted for reasons outside of the winner's control, the winner must contact Farmers to determine whether the booking can be amended.
9. The MAC All Bases Covered makeup service for the winner will be completed by a makeup artist at the winner’s local Farmers store. Valued at $130.
10. A stylist will be brought into the winner’s local store to style the winner. After the session the winner will be able to keep and take home the outfits chosen. Outfit items will be chosen by the winner with help of the stylist. Valued at a maximum of $500 total.
11. Prizes may change, subject to availability.
12. The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash or any other form and cannot be on-sold.
13. The winner agrees to notify Farmers in writing of any cancellation.

Draw Details

14. The winners will be selected at random by the Promoter. Farmers will draw the winner on the 28th of April 2023 at the Farmers Support Office, 21 Laidlaw Way, East Tamaki, Auckland.
15. There will be four winners drawn. Each winner will receive an entire prize, valued at $950.
16. The winners will be notified via Farmers replying to the winning competition entry comments on Instagram, asking the winners to privately message the @FashionatFarmers Instagram account.
17. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to contact the Promoter once Farmers has notified them that they have won.
18. If the winner does not respond to Farmers via private message within 3 working days after the day of the first attempt to contact the winner, the winner will forfeit the Prize and Farmers will carry out a second chance draw on the following working day. The winner of the second chance draw will be notified via Farmers replying to their entry comment on Instagram within 2 days of the second chance draw. If a winner of the second chance draw cannot be contacted and/or does not accept their prize by 5pm (NZT) on the day that is 3 working days after the day of the first attempt to contact them, the process set out in this clause will be repeated until the prize is accepted.
19. The winner will be deemed to have accepted the prize once the winner has been contacted, and the winner indicates acceptance of the prize.
