Promoter

1. The Promoter is Farmers Trading Company Limited.

Conditions of Entry

2. To qualify for the competition, you must scan the QR code and fully complete the online competition form successfully by including the ‘word of the day’ and agreeing to the competition terms and conditions and privacy policy.
3. Competition commences: 9:00am Thursday 2nd July to 5:00pm Wednesday 22nd July 2026 (Promotional Period) during store operating period.
4. Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person per day during the Promotional Period. Multiple entries are permitted across the Promotional Period, subject to the one (1) entry per day limit.
5. Entries are deemed to be received from the individual associated with the email address submitted at entry. The use of multiple names, identities, or aliases with the same email address will be treated as a single entrant.
6. Any additional entries submitted on the same day using the same email address will be deemed invalid.
7. The Promoter will not be liable or responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems.
8. It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure their contact details are correct and current, as prize winners will be contacted using the contact details submitted via the online entry form.

Prize and Prize Conditions

9. Each Treasure Hunt Prize Pack is to the value of over $1,000 (RRP), products within the prize pack is listed below:

10. There are five (5) Treasure Hunt Prize Packs to be won.
11. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Where a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize (or part of that prize) with another prize of equal value and / or specification. The Promoter shall not be liable for any changes to the value or make up of products offered as the prize.
12. By accepting this prize, the winner consents to the Promoter and / or its affiliates and agencies using the winner's details, photographs and other material for reasonable promotional purposes including but not limited to in store notices, posters, emails, online marketing activity and press.
13. The Promoter will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage that may be sustained, directly or indirectly, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained by any entrant or prize winner in connection with any product purchased for this competition or any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Prizes which require postage will only be sent to an address within New Zealand. Overseas addresses will not be accepted as a point of delivery.

Prize Draw

15. The prize draw will take place before 5th August 2026 at Farmers Support Centre, 21 Laidlaw Way, East Tamaki, Auckland.
16. There will be five (5) winners drawn.
17. Limit of one (1) prize per person. If an entrant is drawn more than once during the Promotional Period, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw an alternative winner for any additional prize(s).
18. Each prize will be awarded to a separate individual and delivered to a unique New Zealand address. Multiple prizes will not be sent to the same person or address.
19. Prize winners will be notified by email within 3 working days of the draw from the details provided by the winners submitted on the online entry form.
20. If a winner cannot be contacted by the Promoter within 48 hours of the prize draw, the prize will be redrawn at the Promoter's discretion.
21. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner prior to the 14th August of 2026, the winner will forfeit the Prize and the Prize will be awarded to an alternative prize winner. The alternative prize winner will be contacted within 48 hours using the details provided from their online entry form.
22. The five (5) Treasure Hunt Prize Packs will be sent directly from Farmers Support Centre, 21 Laidlaw Way, East Tamaki, Auckland. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to give Farmers permission to pass on any necessary details to a transport partner for the sole purpose of sending/receiving the Prize.
23. Prize winners should allow 28 days for delivery of their prize. All prizes will be sent by courier to the winner’s address provided through email. To be eligible to win, the winner must provide correct and current contact details, including a phone number.
24. PO boxes will not be accepted as a delivery address.
25. The prize winners’ names will be published on the Promoters website farmers.co.nz/competitions after the completion of the draw.
26. The information entrants provide will only be used for the sole purpose of administering this promotion. All personal information will be collected and stored by the Promoter in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
27. Personal information will be retained for a period of up to six (6) months following the completion of the Promotion for the purposes of administering the Promotion, including prize fulfilment and any related queries, after which time it will be securely deleted.
28. Entrants have the right to access and request correction of their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 by contacting the Promoter.
29. Any decisions made by the Promoter in relation to the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Eligibility

30. The Promotion is open to anyone who resides in New Zealand.
31. The Promoter, its employees, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

32. The competition terms and conditions and privacy policy must be accepted on the online form to be an eligible entry to the competition.

Termination of Promotion

33. The Promoter may (subject to Government Regulations) vary the terms of, or terminate, this Promotion at any time at its absolute discretion without liability to any contestant or other person. The Promoter will not award the Prize if the Promotion is terminated.

Decision Final

34. All decisions and actions of the Promoter relating to the Promotion and / or redemption of the Prize are excised accordingly at its absolute discretion are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.

Sponsor is responsible for the collection and selection of entries and the Promotion's overall administration. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments, or problems related to the Promotion. Eligibility

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to (i) legal residents of Australia and New Zealand; (ii) who are 18 years of age or older as of the start of the Promotion Period (defined below); and (iii) who complete the entry requirements as outlined below (individually “Entrant”, collectively “Entrants”). Employees of Sponsor, Luxury Escapes (“Participating Parties”) and their parent companies, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, related companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all others associated with development and execution of this promotion, as well as immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, children, siblings, step-sibling, step-child, in-laws and spouse of any of the foregoing, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each (people who have shared the same residence at least three months over a period of one year prior to the start of the Promotion Period), whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win.

Timing

2. TIMING: The Promotion begins on 1 July 2026 at 12:00AM AEDT and ends on 31 July 2026 at 11:59PM AEDT (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer, or that of its designee, shall serve as the official timekeeper for the Promotion Period.

How to Enter

3. HOW TO ENTER: Internet access is required to enter this Promotion. During the Promotion Period, Entrants must purchase any full-sized, full-priced Benefit Cosmetics mascara product (either online or in-store) in Australia or New Zealand and complete an entry form available at https://form.typeform.com/to/HzVSVOKY. Proof of purchase will be required upon winner selection (“Entry”). Limit one (1) Entry per Entrant. Multiple entries by the same Entrant will not be counted.
4. To be valid, all Entries must be received no later than 31 July 2026 at 11:59PM AEDT.

Entry Conditions

4. ENTRY CONDITIONS: In case of dispute over who submitted a winning Entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address provided at the time of Entry will be deemed to be the Entrant. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a social media account by the provider and/or e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations, accounts or any other methods may void that Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified, and any potential prize may be forfeited. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries generated through a third-party website or software in any way other than the manner set forth in these Official Rules are prohibited, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant(s) using such methods if discovered by Sponsor. Sponsor will not verify receipt of Entries. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Prize

5. PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive the following prize pack (total aggregate retail value is AUD $7,486) (“Prize”).

• One (1) Luxury Escapes holiday package for two adults at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa, Bali for 5 nights (aggregate retail value is AUD $4,486), including the inclusions outlined in these T&Cs, including the specific conditions and inclusions detailed in the “Luxury Escapes Holiday Package Conditions & Specific Holiday T&Cs” section below. The Luxury Escapes prize component is subject to their booking terms.
• Two (2) return flights for two adults between an Australian or New Zealand capital city (as determined by Sponsor) and Bali (aggregate retail value is AUD $1,500);
• One (1) Visa gift card (aggregate retail value is AUD $500);
• One (1) Benefit Cosmetics product prize pack (product assortment to be chosen by Sponsor) (aggregate retail value is AUD $1,000).

Luxury Escapes Holiday Package Conditions & Specific Holiday T&Cs

The Luxury Escapes holiday package is subject to the following key conditions and the general terms and conditions available at https://luxuryescapes.com/au/terms-and-conditions.

• Booking & Travel Dates: The prize must be booked by 1 March 2027 and travel must be completed by 1 April 2027. Failure to book by the stated date will result in forfeiture of the prize.
• Non-Transferable/Redeemable: The Prize is not transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
• Inclusions: Unless otherwise stated, all room inclusions are for 2 adults. Any additional guests or activities are at the winner's expense.
• Key Blackout Periods & Surcharges: Blackout periods and surcharges apply, including school holidays, long weekends, or special event periods. Specifically:
  • Nyepi Day: No travel or check-in/checkout on 8 March 2027.
  • New Year's Gala: A compulsory surcharge (approx. US$95 per adult / US$47.50 per child) applies for stays on 31 December 2026, payable directly to the resort.
• Flights: Flight fulfillment is provided by selected airline(s), and the winner is bound by their terms and conditions/fare rules. This prize does not apply to flights booked directly with Luxury Escapes.
• Exclusions: The 7-Day Change of Mind Refund Guarantee and Flexible Cancellation policies of Luxury Escapes do not apply to this prize. Date changes are also not applicable to the prize won.
• Detailed Inclusions/Exclusions: For a comprehensive list of specific inclusions (e.g., dining details, spa treatments, kids' club, beach club access, airport transfers) and further operational details related to the Luxury Escapes holiday, please refer to the full prize terms provided by Luxury Escapes at https://www.benefitcosmetics.com/en-au/promo-terms-conditions.html or contact Luxury Escapes customer service for clarification.

Actual value of prizes may vary and Sponsor will not award the difference between aggregate and actual values. Prize fulfillment is based on availability and Prize may differ from promotion images. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for the Prize in its sole discretion, unless such substitution is prohibited by law. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor need not substitute a prize based on the winner’s request.

Claiming Prize

6. CLAIMING PRIZE: Please allow thirty (30) days for Prize delivery from the time a winner provides delivery information to Sponsor. All applicable taxes on prize, if any, and all costs and expenses related to the acceptance and use of the Prize not specified herein as being provided are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to provide a tax ID for tax reporting purposes as required by Australian or New Zealand law, if applicable. We recommend that you consult with your tax advisor if you have further questions. Sponsor may disqualify a winner and select an alternate winner if any Prize is returned undeliverable.

Odds of Winning

7. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.

Winner Selection

8. WINNER SELECTION: One (1) potential winning Entrant will be selected by random drawing conducted by Sponsor on 7th August 2026 at 10:00am at Level 3 77 King St., Sydney City NSW 2000. Potential winning Entrants will be contacted via e-mail associated with Entry to verify eligibility and confirm the Entrant as a winner. All prize winners will be notified in writing within 7 days of the draw. If a potential winning Entrant is determined by Sponsor to be ineligible, unqualified to participate in this Promotion, in violation of these Official Rules, or does not respond to Sponsor’s correspondence within fourteen (14) days of notification, the potential winning Entrant may be disqualified and a new potential winning Entrant will be selected from the pool of eligible Entries, if time permits. Prize winner(s) will be notified in writing within 7 days of the draw. If a prize remains unclaimed after 7 days (or by 14 August 2026), a redraw will be conducted at 10:00am on 14 August 2026 at Level 3 77 King St., Sydney City NSW 2000 to determine a new winner. The winner of any redraw will be notified in writing within 7 days of the redraw and published as per clause 17.
9. Once each potential winner's eligibility is verified, he/she will be confirmed as a winner. Prizes will be sent to the winners within thirty (30) days from the date the winners are confirmed.
10. All decisions of Sponsor on all matters relating to this Promotion, including, without limitation, decisions related to its selection and determination of potential winners of this Promotion shall be final and binding and not subject to challenge or appeal.

Publicity

9. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited or restricted by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes Entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ the right to use and or publish of the Entrant’s full name, likeness, photographs or other likenesses, voice, video, opinions, testimonials, biographical information (in whole or in part), hometown, city and state of residence and any other information submitted to Sponsor by Entrant for promotional purposes, or on a winner’s list, if applicable, in any media, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further payment or compensation, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised.

General Conditions

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Each Entry submitted (i) must be in keeping with the Sponsor’s image (as Sponsor determines in its sole discretion), (ii) may not be inappropriate, offensive, libelous or defamatory, pornographic, sexually explicit, contain nudity, unlawful or plagiarized, (iii) must not be harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, profane, obscene, excessively violent, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or offensive in any way, (iv) may not violate or encourage others to violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation, (v) may not defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or property right or any other third party right, (vi) may not contain commercial or corporate advertising, including display of corporate logos, brand names and slogans, other than those relating to Sponsor, (vii) may not include references to alcoholic beverages, tobacco, drug paraphernalia, firearms or any depiction or representation thereof and (viii) may not include any virus, worm, corrupt file, Trojan horse or other forms of corruptive code or content that may harm or compromise a web site or the proper conduct of the Promotion.
11. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures, malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or unforeseen schedule changes that may limit an Entrant’s ability to participate in the Promotion, even if caused by Sponsor’s negligence. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or with the intent to impair the integrity of the Promotion will be void.
12. Sponsor, in its sole reasonable discretion, may modify, cancel or suspend this Promotion should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Promotion or Sponsor otherwise becomes incapable of running the Promotion as planned. Any such modification, cancellation, or suspension will be subject to written directions from the relevant regulatory authorities (e.g., Consumer and Business Services in SA) where required.
13. Sponsor is not responsible for changes to Entrant’s contact information. Any individual who attempts or otherwise encourages, directly or indirectly, the submission of false Entries, as determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Sponsor has no obligation to return any Entry, if applicable, submitted by a disqualified Entrant.

Release

11. RELEASE: As a condition of participating in the Promotion, Entrants release Sponsor and Participating Parties and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) from liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including property damage, personal injury and death that may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Promotion, or possession, acceptance or use of prizes or participation in any Promotion-related activities and claims based on publicity rights, copyright or trademark infringement, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.

Force Majeure

12. FORCE MAJEURE: If, for any reason, the Promotion (or any part thereof) is not capable of running as planned by reason of fire, flood, storm or other natural disasters, riot, strike, civil commotion, governmental regulation or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which, in its sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security or fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion (or any part thereof), Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. Any such modification, cancellation, or suspension will be subject to written directions from the relevant regulatory authorities (e.g., Consumer and Business Services in SA) where required.

Limitation of Liability

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Except where prohibited or restricted by law, the Promotion Entities are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information; human errors; technical malfunctions; lost, stolen, deleted, mutilated, mis-delivered, postage due, illegible, incomplete or untimely Entries that may limit Entrant’s ability to participate in the Promotion, even if caused by Sponsor’s negligence; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions, or defects of any telephone network, computer online system, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's computer relating to participation or inability to participate in the Promotion; inability to access the site or upload information or data; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer, or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any website or for any other reason whatsoever; printing or other errors; or any combination thereof. Proof of uploading information or data or entering information at the site is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible, duplicate and incomplete Entries will be disqualified.
14. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, AND EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING THE PRIZE, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
15. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Sponsor, its agents or distributors (the “Releasees”) will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of participation in this promotion or promotion-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Releasees or that of their employees. In addition, the Releasees shall not be responsible for: (a) any incomplete or inaccurate information; (b) the theft, destruction, loss or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries; (c) programming or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise; or (d) technical, pictorial, typographical or editorial errors or omissions contained herein or in other materials related to the Promotion. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Collection of Information

14. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION: Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be collected in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.benefitcosmetics.com/en-au/privacy-policy.html and Luxury Escape’s Privacy Policy, available at https://luxuryescapes.com/gb/privacy-policy. By participating in the Promotion, each Entrant agrees to the terms of Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Disputes & Governing Law

15. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Australia (specifically New South Wales), without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New South Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia. However, for entrants residing in South Australia, the Promotion will also be governed by the Lotteries Act 2019 (SA) and the Lotteries Regulations 2021 (SA).

16. PERMITS: This Promotion is authorised by the following permit number(s): South Australia Licence No. T26/1016. Other permits may apply in different Australian States or Territories where required.

Winner List

17. WINNER LIST: To obtain a winner list by mail, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to “Benefit x Luxury Escapes Promotion”, Attn: Benefit Cosmetics, Marketing, Level 3, 77 King Street, Sydney City NSW 2000. Requests for the winner list must be received within 6 months of the end of the Promotion. In accordance with South Australian regulations, the surname, first initial, and postcode of the prize winner(s) (including any redraw winner(s)) will be published on https://www.benefitcosmetics.com/en-au/promo-terms-conditions.html within 30 days of the draw (and any redraw). This information will be available for a minimum of 28 days following publication.
