Small items purchased online can be returned to any of our physical stores, or you can use the returns sticker included with your order to return it by post free of charge. For large items please call us on 0800 327 637.
If the item is faulty or damaged we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If you are returning the item because you've changed your mind and the item is in its original condition, then we will exchange the item (physical stores only) or give you a gift card. We do not allow returns for beds, furniture, whiteware and electronics unless the goods are faulty.

In the towel's product description you may see a weight listed. Towel weight is measured in grams per square metre (GSM). Towels with a low GSM are thin, light, and fast drying, making them ideal for the gym or travel. Towels with a medium GSM are perfect for every day, family use. They offer good absorbency and are easy to wash and dry. Towels with a high GSM will have a thick, soft and luxurious feel and offer the best absorbency, however will take longer to dry.
It is recommended that you fully wash and dry your new towels before use. This will remove any manufacturer finishes and enable maximum absorbency. For full care instructions, please check the care label provided on the towel.
