    Delivery and Collect in Store update 

    Due to the current covid restrictions and the high number of orders we are currently receiving, there will be a delay in dispatching your order. NZPost has also advised of a 3-5 day delivery delay to receive your parcel once it has been dispatched from our eStore.

    Once the courier has collected your order, you will receive your tracking information via email. We aim to have you order delivered within 15 working days.

    Collect in Store


    Collect in Store is available from Manukau, Newmarket, Sylvia Park, St Lukes, Bayfair, The Base, Palmerston North, Queensgate, Riccarton and Dunedin stores.

    How it Works

    Shop

    • Add products to your order that display the icon on their page.

    Select

    • Select Collect in Store from the delivery page during checkout.
    • Select your store from the list.
    • Collect in Store costs $3. 

    Collect

    • We will contact you once your order is ready to be collected
    • You will need to collect your order within 7 days.
    • Pop in during opening hours with your order number and proof of ID.

    Some products are not available to Collect in Store. Refer to product page for details.

    Standard delivery

    Allow up to 15 working days. Small items cost $7.


    Oversized item delivery

    For large items, which may also be made to order or not physically in stock. See details below.

    All deliveries via CourierPost will be conducted in a contactless manner. Delivery only to valid New Zealand addresses. All deliveries must be signed for. *Rural delivery and goods that are dangerous to transport such as fragrances and Sodastream Gas Refills may take longer.

    Whiteware & Furniture

    Items with the Available Now badge are currently available from our Distribution Centre. We will be delivering these via contactless delivery. Please note there could be some delays on the delivery date provided on the payment page for these items.

    Note other products are on back order and will require a wait time for delivery. Please check the delivery date on the payment page.

    Beds

    Beds are made to order and due to L4 restrictions there will be a delay.
    Customers will be contacted in regards to a delivery date on their order once your bed is ready for delivery.

    This may differ between regions due to potentially varying COVID alert levels and will be managed accordingly.

    Within 50km of your nearest store $65
    Between 50km and 100km of your nearest store $149
    Over 100km from your nearest store $199

    How it works

    The expected delivery date of your item will be displayed on the payment page after you submit your address.
    Oversized items show 'Available to order' on the product page and includes items where we may not have this item physically in stock but will arrange for this item to be delivered to you from our supplier
