20 Days of Destinations Competition Terms and Conditions

    Method of Entry

    Farmers Club members who reach 100 Club points during the Autumn/Winter Farmer Club Season (1st April to 30th June 2017) will receive 100 entries plus another entry for every point over 100 up to 249 points. Farmers Club members who reach 250 Club Points will receive 250 entries plus another entry for every point over 250 up to 499 points. Farmers Club members who reach 500 points will receive 500 entries plus another 2 entries for every point over 500 points.  

    You must swipe your Farmers Club card instore or sign in to Farmers Club online to collect Farmers Club points.

    The promoter will automatically award you the correct number of entries.

    Prize and Prize Conditions

    There are 20 x Holiday Packages to the total value of $109,500:

    There will be 20 winners drawn.

    The prize values will be issued in the form of Flight Centre Gift Cards, Cash or a Maui Campervan Voucher. 

    The cash component of each holiday prize will be in the form of a direct credit to the winners’ nominated bank account.  

    The Flight Centre Gift Cards are subject to the standard Flight Centre Gift Cards conditions as follows: Treat this card like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or redeemed. This card is redeemable for merchandise or services at participating Flight Centre NZ stores only, not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent products. This card expires 12 months from the last transaction. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited.     The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

    The promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury in connection with the prize or its use by the winner.

    The promoter reserves the right to extend, change or terminate this prize draw competition at any time without notice.

    Neither the Promoter nor the operators of the Event will be liable for personal injury suffered during prize winnings.

    Winner Selection

    The prize draw will take place on Thursday 6th July at Farmers Support Centre, 21 Laidlaw Way, East Tamaki, Auckland.        

    There will be 20 winners drawn. 

    If the winner cannot be contacted by the promoter within 24 hours of the prize draw, the prize will be redrawn at the promoter's discretion.

    The prize winners will be notified by telephone/and or email.

    By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the promoter and/or its affiliates and agencies using the winner's details, photographs and other material for reasonable promotional purposes including but not limited to social media, in store notices, posters, emails, online marketing activity.

    The promoter is not liable if (for whatever reason) the winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect or out of date contact details being recorded against their Farmers Club membership.

    Any decisions made by the promoter in relation to the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner must take the prize as offered. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
