    Our 0800 Farmers number and our store phones will not be manned while New Zealand is in level 4 lockdown.

    You can use the contact us form or email us on contactus@farmers.co.nz with any queries. We will respond to emails during Level 4.


    Stores and Online update

    Following the announcement from the government on the 6th September 2021: 

    • all our stores outside Auckland are open with Level 2 protocols in place (protocols listed below)
    • all stores in Auckland are closed
    • Our online store is open for essential items

    Our online store is located in Auckland and is still under Level 4 restrcitions which means we can only sell essentails on our website. 

    Essential items:

    We have removed or made unavailable non-essential products on our website. All products with the ‘Add to cart’ button are available to purchase (excluding some big ticket items please see further down the page). We will continue to review the products available online as more information comes to hand; hence our product selection on the website may change from time to time.

    All online deliveries via CourierPost will be conducted in a contactless manner nationwide.

    Big Ticket / Oversize item delivery Information

    Whiteware

    Items with the Available Now badge are currently available from our Distribution Centre. We will be delivering these as essential items via contactless delivery. Please note there could be some delays on the delivery date provided on the payment page for these items.

    Note other products are on back order and will require a wait time for delivery. Please check the delivery date on the payment page.

    Furniture

    Furniture items are not available for delivery while in Covid Level 4. We are taking orders but delivery will not be provided until the alert levels have changed.

    Beds

    Our beds are made to order. As such, under COVID Level 4 the manufacturing of Beds will not take place.

    Once the alert level reduces to Level 3 production will re-commence.

    Customers will be contacted in regards to a delivery date on their order once COVID alert level 3 is implemented.

    This may differ between regions due to potentially varying COVID alert levels and will be managed accordingly.

    Store COVID Level 2 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS 

    Cleaning Routine Icon Increased cleaning routines.
    Social Distancing Icon Allow a 2 metre distance between other customers, staff and yourself.
    Mask icon A mask must be worn in our stores, excluding those that are exempt
    Customer Access Icon Monitoring customer access and occupancy rates.
    Cashier Icon Not all registers will be open.
    Fitting Rooms Icon Not all fitting rooms will be open. One in, one out rule will apply.
    Elevator Icon Where lifts are operating, we can allow one family or one person per trip.
    Contactless Payment Icon Contactless payment available and preferred
    Contactless Service Icon Contact services are unavailable until further notice. Make-overs, suit fittings, bra fitting, etc.
