Recent testing of the Mary Lou doll has identified a safety issue in that the beads of the arms may come off and pose a potential choking hazard to children under the age of three.
This relates only to dolls sold since 1 June 2008 with the features and markings as in the photo and with the red or blue body colour.
If you have purchased a Mary Lou doll since 1 June 2008, then you should make sure children do not play with them further and immediately return the product to the address below for a full refund. Please ensure your full contact details are included. Refund applications close 31 August 2009. Proof of purchase is not necessary but would be helpful.
