Goldair 7 Fin Oil Column Heater - Model FOL507
Goldair 9 Fin Oil Column Heater - Model FOL509
Goldair 11 Fin Oil Column Heater - Model FOL511
SAFETY ISSUE: Goldair is voluntarily recalling the above heaters. A possible manufacturing fault has been identified. We have found a small number of units in which a faulty tip over switch can cause a hole to form in the oil column. Subsequently, oil can leak out and possibly catch alight.
WHAT TO DO: Customers should cease using the heater immediately. Please contact Goldair for instruction on how to receive a replacement heater. Goldair is committed to product quality and all Goldair’s products go through stringent safety requirements, which include independent testing and certification services for its products. However the faulty heaters may present an unsafe situation for consumers. Goldair apologises for any inconvenience.
