1. This voucher entitles the bearer to a dining voucher to the value of $40 as specified by participating venues listed on supporting websites. Please ensure you check what offers each venue is providing. The Offer is valid for advance bookings only. The Offer is subject to promotional availability and the promoter cannot guarantee that your first choice date and/or time will be available.  3. Free Nights’ Accommodation for Two Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to claim, form part of these terms and conditions. By making a claim, the claimant confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. The offer is open to all New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is not available to anyone professionally connected with the promotion. 3. The
Promoter and its Suppliers reserve the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim, which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. 4. The promotion commences on 1st October 2009 and ends on 20th October 2009 .
5. To enter the claimant must be one of the 1000 winners supplied to Salad Marketing by Farmers. 6. In order to qualify for the offer, the claimant must send the following to be received by the supplier by the 6th of December 2009; the downloaded, printed and completed “Farmers 100 Year Promotion” Claim Form , and a DL stamped (50c stamp) addressed envelope to Farmers 100 Year Promotion, C/- Salad Marketing,  PO Box 106-287, Auckland City, Auckland 1143. Claims received outside of these dates will be deemed invalid. Claims will be deemed invalid if any of the all qualifying criteria are not met. 7. The Promoter will send one email to the 1000 winners reminding them to send in their claims. 8. “Farmers 100 Year Promotion” claim form is obtained from www.rewardforme.co.nz/farmers. 9. Within 28 days of receipt, the Supplier will post to eligible claimant a Booking Form. 10. The offer is valid to the claimant only if accommodation is booked within 6 months and taken within 12 calendar months from the date of dispatch of this booking form by SM. 11.Only persons nominated on original claim form are eligible to book and receive the free accommodation. 12. The offer excludes accommodation during Public holidays, peak season (Easter, Christmas, New Year etc), and special events. 13. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail or claims. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. For additional certainty, customers may wish to send their Claim Form by NZ Post recorded delivery.  The promoter takes no responsibility for any delays or failures in any telecommunications equipment. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for, and the entrant releases the Promoter from responsibility for, any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, claim, damage or injury to person or property (including computer systems and servers) as a result of the entrant’s participation in this Promotion or the conduct of the Promotion generally or as a direct or indirect result of an entrant’s error, any technical problem of any kind including communications or network failure, unauthorised access to, transferring or theft of data, whether caused by the entrant or associated with the equipment or programming used in the conduct of this Promotion. 14. Illegible or incomplete claims will not be accepted. Only original promotional Claim Forms and hotel night passes are accepted, no copies will be accepted. 15. Travel dates must be no less than 60 days prior to your requested accommodation dates. Strictly one claim per booking, per customer. Each valid claim form received by the Supplier will entitle the claimant to one free night’s accommodation for two people sharing a room for one night only. The offer can be used for a maximum of one night only. Single person supplements may apply and children or additional adults sharing a room will be quoted on request. Your requested one night stay must be no less than 60 days from the date the supplier receives the booking form. 16. In addition to these terms and conditions, all accommodation will be subject to the standard terms and conditions of the accommodation provider(s). All extras including, but not limited to, travel to the chosen accommodation, food and beverage, additional nights, additional bedding and additional services with the accommodation provider is the claimant’s responsibility. In line with standard operating procedures a credit card may be requested by the accommodation provider at time of check-in. 17. Independent of this offer and subject to additional conditions, the Supplier will also be pleased to assist Customer with flights and/or additional room night’s at the most competitive rates available at the time of booking. Any additional charges arising from additional requirements are payable direct to the Supplier on confirmation of booking by valid credit card (merchant fees apply). 16. All bookings must be made in advance with the Supplier and it is at the hotels discretion to accept the booking as the offer is subject to promotional availability. All hotels promotionally available to the Supplier are subject to change without notice. If the hotel request is unavailable, the Supplier will contact you with alternative hotels close to your chosen location or alternative dates. 19. Bookings are made strictly under the terms specified by each hotel. Some hotels may enforce a minimum stay at certain times of the year. Any additional nights required to make up this minimum stay are at an additional cost to the Customer. 20. The booking will be confirmed within 28 days of receipt of an eligible Booking form. Once booked, no changes may be made. 21. Travel insurance is the claimant’s responsibility. But the supplier is more than happy to quote. 22. The Promoters accept no responsibility for, and will not provide a refund, in the event that a Customer fails to use the accommodation as booked and provided. Further accommodation cannot be requested unless a new Claim Form is secured. 23. Any person taking part in this promotion does so on the understanding that they fully accept the above terms and conditions. 24. The claimant is responsible for any damage to the accommodation during the period of occupancy and will be required to pay the hotel directly. Should any damage be made the promoter and Farmers are not responsible for any damage made to the accommodation during the period of occupancy. The responsibility will be held with the claimant should any damage be made and will be required to pay the hotel directly. 25. The Promoters or the suppliers reserve the right to withdraw, cancel, vary or suspend this offer without notice in the event of war, earthquake, catastrophe, strikes or other force majeure. 26. The Promoters or the suppliers reserve the right to replace this offer at any time with a product of similar value. 27. This product is not for resale, is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. 28.
