The Promoter is Farmers Trading Company Ltd, 21 Laidlaw Way, Flat Bush, Auckland. The prize draw will take place at this address on the 23rd October 2009 under supervision.
For every full $100 you spend in a single transaction between 1 October 2009 and 20 October 2009 you will receive 1 chance to enter the prize draw. For example, spend $550.00 in one transaction and receive 5 chances to enter the prize draw. The more you spend the more entries you receive. To submit your entry, you must enter the required information online. You will need to enter information from your sales receipt. You must keep your sales receipt. If your entry is drawn then you must present your receipt, if required, to claim a prize.
All entries submitted must be validated at Farmers to ensure authenticity. You are required to enter receipt details only once, Farmers will automatically award you the correct number of entries upon receipt validation.
Maximum of one prize per person
Farmers has chosen to have a one prize per person limit for this prize draw so that as many loyal customers as possible have the chance to receive prizes as part of our centenary celebrations.
If more than one entry for one person is drawn, that person will receive only the prize for his or her first entry drawn. That person will not receive the prize for any second or further entry that is drawn. That second or further prize will be re-drawn.
The Prizes are:
- 3 x 2009 1.4L Ford Fiesta Zetec Hatch cars supplied by Ford New Zealand Ltd (prize includes on road costs but does not include insurance)
- 3 x one carat princess cut diamond and gold rings
- 3 x Sleepyhead 100 Year centennial beds. Winner to select size
- 1000 x Family experience and pamper voucher booklets containing an accommodation voucher for 2, a dining voucher, 2 pamper vouchers and 2 entertainment vouchers. If a prize winner is under the age of 16 years, the prize will be awarded to their nominated parent or guardian over 18 years of age. Prizes are not redeemable or transferable for cash.
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be contacted by phone or email.
If the winner cannot be contacted by Farmers within a reasonable period of time, the prize may be redrawn at the promoter’s discretion.
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the Promoter and/or its affiliates and agencies using the winner’s details and photographs for reasonable promotional purposes including but not limited to in store notices, posters, email and online marketing activity.
