Look Good Feel Better charity has been running programmes for women and teens for 26 years and now with the help of Foundation Partner, Farmers Club, we are able to offer a unique workshop, free for men undergoing cancer treatment.
Three key tutors have led the pilot for the last 18 months and with feedback from participants have culminated in the programme development. This is a private space, but also a chance for men undergoing the same experiences, to feel empowered and in control.
Participants will also have a specialist Physio, who will talk about the benefits of movement and exercise, whilst undergoing treatment and advice on practical things that can be done to assist and to keep mobility.
